Paul Smith
Property finance and commercial financing.
Paul has over 15 years experience in the property finance industry. After 10 years working for local and international banks and a further 4 years working with one of Australia's largest commercial broking houses, Paul established Fixx Commercial. With his experience and that of the other founding partners Fixx has successfully built up a strong and loyal clientele by structuring and placing funding for many landmark Eastern Seaboard commercial transactions.
Todd Johnsen
Real estate, property development, commercial, retail and residential.
Todd has over 20 years of real estate and property development experience - 15 years of which were with large international Development Companies. With exposure to commercial, retail and residential development projects, Todd's business experience stretches across 5 different continents. Focusing on the advisory side of the business Todd brings a long list of international and corporate relationships to the Fixx team.
Steve Best
Real estate, business, engineering. Project structuring.
Steve has over 20 years of practical experience in the real estate, business and engineering fields. His hands-on involvement in major projects across Australia and Asia provides insight and adds value to his broad customer base. For the past four years Steve has become more specifically involved with 'organisation building' and restructuring across departments, divisions and businesses in the property sector. Steve provides clients with planning advice and key personnel in both the public and private sectors of the property, infrastructure and construction industries.
Eddie Costigan
Legal and business experience. Commercial property, funding sourcing.
Eddie brings a wealth of legal and business advisory, business startup and property development experience to the table. In a career spanning 20 years he has had primary responsibility for taking a number of companies from bottom of the league to the top. His leadership experience includes CEO of a 280-employee company, co-founding and eventually trade-selling a multi-million dollar distribution company and bringing companies to successful public listing. Eddie's experience in finance and property leaves him well-positioned to understand the day-to-day issues, advise on the solutions and bring them to a successful conclusion.
